Personal Training
Pursuit Fitness is a personal training gym that allows you to work with a dedicated trainer. Pursuit also offers group training for up to three people. In addition to general strength training our staff specializes in weight loss, bodybuilding, and sports performance. Our trainers understand that you are an individual with a unique history and personal goals. We are flexible with client's availability and needs.
Program Design
If you are looking solely for workout programming without in-person instruction we are able to create an online program to guide your routines, pricing varies on program design. An initial in-person meeting or video-call with a trainer is required to assess and discuss your fitness level.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition sessions are focused on accountability, nutrition education, and food suggestions. We do not create specific meal plans, rather we maintain a dialogue about food strategies. Whether you want only nutrition coaching or want it in tandem with an exercise program, Pursuit Trainers are able to accommodate your needs.
Body Composition Measurements
Body Composition Measurements with the InBody 270 enable you to understand your body's reaction to exercise and nutrition routines. Breaking down body weight into three categories, Water Weight, Muscle Mass, and Fat Mass the InBody gives insight not seen by using traditional scales. The InBody also analyzes each segment of your body's muscle mass to detect any asymmetries or imbalances.
Posing Room
The only gym in Chambana with mirrors on multiple walls to show different perspectives of their muscle groups, particularly their back muscles. This benefits physique oriented clients practicing their posing routines. Even if you don't have physique goals, visualizing your muscles' contractions helps to develop mind-muscle connection.
